Party Guests

We love a full house—the laughter, excitement, and happy chaos are part of the fun! To keep our space safe, comfortable, and enjoyable for everyone, each party package includes a set number of participating children and guests. In addition to the children included in your package:

                                                                             The party-hosting family may invite up to six additional adult guests.

                                                                             Each participating child may bring up to two accompanying guests.

                                                                             All children and adults count toward the facility’s total capacity.

A participating child is a child included in the party headcount who will receive a reserved seat, table settings, cake, and a goodie bag depending on the package purchased.

A sibling who is not included as a participating child may attend as one of that family’s two accompanying guests. They will not receive a reserved seat, table settings, cake, or a goodie bag. If you would like a sibling to receive the full party experience, they must be added as an additional participating child and the additional-child fee will apply.

Payment Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Your party date and time are not reserved until payment has been received.

Cancellations and Rescheduling​

​

We understand that plans sometimes change. Because we reserve the entire space and begin preparing for your celebration in advance, the following policies apply:

                                  Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a refund, minus a 10% cancellation fee. This                                       fee helps cover booking and outsourced preparation costs already incurred.

                                  Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are nonrefundable. (If we can rebook your time with another                                               party or fill it from our waitlist, we may issue a refund, minus the 10% cancellation fee.)

                                  Instead of canceling, you may move your celebration to another available date. Rescheduled parties are subject to                                    availability and may be moved one time. Reschedules must be made 7 days in advance.

                                  Changes to party packages, guest counts, themes, food, or add-ons must be finalized at least 14 days before the                                         event.
